What you earn

You earn 30% of every payment we successfully collect from a customer you referred, for 12 months, counted from their first payment.

Commission is calculated on what we actually receive, after any discount and before tax. Tax is not our revenue, so it does not earn commission.

How a referral is credited to you

When someone clicks your link we store a small first-party cookie in their browser. If they create an account within 60 days, that account is credited to you permanently, even if they take months to become a customer.

If someone clicks more than one partner's link before signing up, the most recent link wins.

A referral is only created when a brand new account is made. Someone who already has an account with us cannot be referred.

When you get paid

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it came from, so refunds and chargebacks land before money leaves.

Once your cleared balance passes $50, we send a payout to the method you set in your dashboard.

Payouts are sent manually, usually within a week of clearing. You are responsible for any fees your payment provider charges on the receiving end.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded, the matching commission is reduced by the same proportion. If it is fully refunded, or a chargeback is lost, the commission is removed.

If that happens after we already paid you, the amount is deducted from your next payout rather than invoiced back to you.

A commission attached to an open dispute is frozen until the dispute resolves. If we win it, the commission is released as normal.

What is not allowed

Referring yourself, or arranging for someone to sign up on your behalf. This includes signing up with a second email address of your own.

Bidding on our brand name, or close variants of it, in paid search.

Posting your link to coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites.

Claiming to work for us, or promising anything about the product that we do not say ourselves.

Spam of any kind: unsolicited email, mass DMs, or automated posting.

If something goes wrong

We can pause or close a partner account if any of the above happens. If we do, we will tell you why, and any commission already cleared and earned honestly will still be paid.

Commissions from referrals we can show were fraudulent will not be paid.

Housekeeping

You are an independent partner, not an employee or an agent. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn here.

We may change these terms. If we reduce the rate or shorten the window, we will tell you before it takes effect and we will not apply the reduction to referrals you have already made.

You can stop at any time. So can we, with notice, and we will settle what you are owed.
